Mentorship is one of the most rewarding experiences you can have as a human. It's also a great way to help others grow and develop their skills and career trajectory.

I had the honor to be part of the first cohort of Free Juice University.

Free Juice is led by the amazing Allison Retina Stewart—Founder and Director at Free Juice University.

Free Juice's mission as a nonprofit organization is dedicated to supporting BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) professionals following their dream of a thriving career in photography. This is why we spoke to many photographers in the industry and we found that there was one chief concern: a lack of diversity in the industry, making it hard for BIPOC photographers to gain opportunities.

Allison and her fabulous team made this experience smooth and seamless.

The mentees are so talented and was a pleasure to be part of their journey during this program.
